Rob and the dogs-trainingThe modern world is a confusing place for a dog... We help you interpret this world for your dog. This is highly effective for problem behaviors, aggression and dealing with the public while out in the day to day human world. it is fun and will definitely have an effect on you personally. For the trainer looking for something beyond the cookie and for the progressive client who is hungry for the real goods this could be your most valuable asset.

We do offer and encourage this to other trainers who want to bring in a guest to help with clients who have progressed but need clarity. It is an incredible program and we do commission our sales to the host trainer.

Please call for availability and references from other trainers who have attended the program.

Training Wheels

We talk often about the benefits of exercise yet the reality is that many of us don't have the time or interest in providing what is truly 'enough' of it. U-Dog has now brought forward a solution to help you get out with your dog with the wind in your hair and the level of exercise needed to satisfy your canine companion. Using a system of timing, movement and systematic commands based on our training philosophy we can teach you how to control your dog while riding your bike in both the trails and urban areas. We offer this as a stand alone weekend program for the general public and a two weekend course for professionals working in the field.

Mountain BikingWe cover basic commands, terrain textures and combining visual and audible commands to teach your dog the differences between on and off the road. We cover perimeter training that is pinnacle for safety around your home and bridges into essential commands while controlling your dog while on your bike. It is fun and energetic. We encourage you to be prepared for exercise with good traction for your feet and the safety gear essential for safe cycling.

This is a two day program and will also include a group trail ride the evening of  the second day.

*For the professionals thinking of taking this program. This is only offered to you in combination with our body language program. If you want to teach riding to your clientele it is important to develop skills outside of cookie training as you will need both hands to ride your bike. : )

Rehabilitation

Dog breakfastI have been rehabilitating and re-homing dogs for a few years now. Whether from Catahoula Rescue, the Duncan SPCA or private clientele, we provide a social and structured environment for any dog who needs to find their way to peace. In many cases I meet with serious problem behaviors, it is all too often a case of environmental influence that has created unwanted behaviors whether it is disrespect, aggression or just plain odd... What’s interesting in most cases, is that the dog I work with on this level tend be very gifted intelligent animals. We can facilitate an environment to develop a common language so that every dog can communicate in a healthy non-violent manner.

Got stick

Behavior is something everyone refers to when commenting on 'how good your dog is'. Our rehabilitated dogs learn respect for others and come with an evaluation and game plan for you to continue and grow with them.

**Rehab is done on a negotiated price. Considerations are given to duration and daily costs. When considering that it takes at least one month to produce consistent social behavior and evolving some plan of action, be prepared for at least $35/day food.
